Who we are
RSTV Digital is the television distribution and streaming platform operated by RSTV Broadcasting. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact hello@rstvnetworks.com.
Information we collect
- Account details, including your name, email address and password in protected form.
- Subscription status and payment references. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by RSTV Digital.
- Viewing and service data, such as channels or programmes requested, linked-TV codes, device information, IP address, browser details and security logs.
- Viewing-control information, including whether a PIN is set. PINs are stored in protected form.
- Messages and support information you send to us.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide accounts, live television, Anytime, RSTV+, billing, linked-TV access and viewing controls; secure and maintain the platform; respond to support requests; meet legal obligations; and improve reliability.
Legal bases
We process information to perform our contract with you, meet legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and rely on consent where required for optional cookies or marketing.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Stripe for payments, and email delivery providers. Some providers may process information outside the UK using appropriate safeguards.
Retention and your rights
We keep information only as long as needed for the service, security, accounting and legal requirements. UK data-protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security and changes
We use access controls, encrypted transport and secure hosting. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy and will publish the revised date here.
